Standard Refund & Return Shipping:

In the event that your product doesn’t satisfy , you have the option to return the item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive the item. Altered or customized and underwear items are not qualified for return or exchange.

If you purchase discounted items and wish to exchange them for another product, the exchange will take place, taking into account the price difference, if any.

In the case of purchasing with Tamara service, the product cannot be returned, only product exchange is allowed

To qualify for this you must cover your own shipping method and follow the steps below:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories, etc. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  2. Contact our Customer Support to notify them of your shipping method, i.e. carrier, tracking number, etc.
  3. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

To receive your refund, the items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

If the bill of lading is issued by Wahat Aljalabiya Company, the shipping amount will be deducted from the value of the returned products

If the product was purchased as part of a particular offer, all products purchased must be returned

And if you do not want to return the products of the entire offer, the product to be returned will be dealt with at its offer price

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 14 days of our receiving the returned order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Support immediately and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Your order number is also available on the “Track Order” page. Wahat aljalabiya will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges for damaged or defective items.
